Overview
Peninsula Home Hospice is a not for profit specialist community palliative care organisation which focuses on ensuring that people with life limiting illnesses, their carers and families are able to receive the support they need in their own home.
We are committed to:

- Providing person centred support and care that is flexible and inclusive of individual differences
- Acknowledging that all palliative care situations are unique
Peninsula Home Hospice is accredited with the Australian Council of Health Care Standards and receives funding from the Victorian Department of Health. We also rely on community fundraising for additional support. All services are provided free of charge.
Peninsula Home Hospice provides palliative care for you in your home, while other services may provide palliative care in a a hospital setting.
