Join us and guest speaker Jonty Reason for a light lunch with 180-degree views of the bay at the magnificent Mornington Bowls Club.
Jonty Reason is one of the founders and the artistic director of the Mornington Peninsula Theatre Company Inc. www.mptc.net.au.
Jonty trained at Arts Ed in London in 1989 under the tutelage of David Harris and has worked solidly ever since. Highlights include Mickey the drug dealer in four episodes of El Dorado for the BBC, playing Hamlet on tour of Southern Spain and going on as understudy for Morris in Present Laughter at The Aldwych Theatre in London with Peter Bowles directed by Richard Olivier. Jonty has an extensive career in theatre and film, having done every role imaginable in both disciplines. Jonty was the founding Artistic Director of London’s Royal George Theatre and as an actor, his recent stage credits include:
“a ghost of a future that didn’t happen” in Caryl Churchill’s
“What if if only” for Melbourne Theatre Company at the Sumner
Emmet in the immersive ensemble play “Rust” for tbc theatre company
Morris in “Present Laughter” Aldwych & Wyndhams
George Wickham in “Jane Eyre” Westminster Theatre

Peninsula Home Hospice is a not for profit community palliative care service providing support to clients in their homes. Our catchment area is the Mornington Peninsula, Frankston and part of the City of Kingston. We are seeking a compassionate Counsellor Caseworker with excellent communication skills and a dedication to making a difference for clients and families quality of life.
Working within an interdisciplinary team the role provides comprehensive, psychosocial assessment and ongoing care for clients and their caregivers/families, along the palliative care trajectory. The role also includes comprehensive bereavement support. The position requires established work practices, a commitment to palliative care and the ability to work independently with guidance and support from a dependable team.
